Unfortunately at the moment we only ship within Australia. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to ship world wide.

• Parcel Post - Flat rate $12 (4-8 days)

• Express Post - Flat Rate $15 (2-3 Business days)

• Local delivery - $0 (Rockhampton QLD)

We will always attempt to ship a completed order within an estimated 48 hours.

We ship all our parcels through Australia post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a email with shipping confirmation & tracking number.

Returns & Refunds policy

All items purchased from Little Violet Rae are meticulously checked and carefully packaged before being posted to all of our customers.

We do not accept returns for items on sale, change of mind on crystals.

DAMAGED ITEM

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at littlevioletrae@outlook.com

We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit to use.

(Please keep in mind our crystals are natural gifts from the earth and it is not unusual for these beauties to have lines, cracks or other inclusions through them. This is what makes each and every crystal special and unique.)
